Choose one name or word of up to 11 characters. Use unaccented Latin letters, without emojis. Capitalization is reproduced as entered, so check the spelling carefully before ordering.
How long does it take?
Typical production takes 3–5 business days, followed by approximately 2–5 business days for standard U.S. transit. The delivery estimate above includes processing time and is not a guaranteed arrival date; busy seasons can take longer.
Which gift box is included?
The standard gift box is included in the selected standard-box price. The luxury box is an optional upgrade with an LED light; selecting it changes the price.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Made-to-order jewelry is final sale. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery, following our Return and Refund Policy.
How do I care for the necklace?
Wipe gently with a soft cloth. Keep dry and avoid contact with liquids, perfume and harsh chemicals.
